The Vision of Hamilton Community Schools...to meet the individual needs of all students.

Volunteer Recognition May 16
If you have volunteered for any of the Hamilton schools this year, we would love to have you attend our 19th Annual WISH Volunteer Recognition!  Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with dinner at 6:30  followed by an exciting program by The Dazzling Mills Family.  There will be a gift for everyone and a prize drawing.
To save on postage costs, invitations were NOT sent by mail this year.  If you have volunteered, and can attend the recognition, please RSVP before May 11
You may simply check 'yes' on the pop up next time you sign in to volunteer at school, e-mail jboyles@hamiltonschools.us or leave a message at the volunteer office (please include your name).  Please check with your  fellow Hamilton volunteers to make sure we get the word out!  Please remember that  students and children are not invited to this event.  It is only for our adult volunteers.

The Hamilton Football Program presents the 2012 Rural Rush for a Cure.  The  5K run, 5K walk, and 1 mile kids’ “fun run” will be held on Friday, June 1.  The 5K run and walk will begin at 6:30 p.m. while the 1 mile fun run for kids 12 and under will begin at approximately 7:30 p.m.  The race will begin near the Overisel Reformed Church on the corner of 47th and 142nd Avenue.  Once again, all proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society. This is the football program’s 12th  year presenting the race.             Race brochures will be available at all Hamilton Community School offices and Gazelle Sports in Holland.  You can also go to www.classicrace.com and click on Rural Rush for a Cure to register.  The fee is $20.00 for adults, $10.00 for kids 12 and under if received by May 24. Contact Chris Myers at Hamilton High School at 751-5185 or cmyers@hamiltonschools.us for further information.

At the March 12, 2012 Board of Education meeting we held a public forum to address revisions to our Anti-Bullying Policy.
